Sukesh Chansrichavala
A homemaker and self-made Ayurveda consultant and yoga practitioner, her passion and mission is to share the world’s most ancient knowledge of Ayurveda & Yoga and the ease of incorporating it into the modern lifestyle of today. It is as she calls it ‘Wow! so simple!’
She first founded Suananda Vegetarian Garden in Bangkok, a restaurant and wellness centre, serving wholesome vegetarian and vegan meals based on Ayurvedic principles. She also teaches yoga, pranayama, meditation and offer cooking classes and with that came the idea of Mahi Retreat.
As the main teacher and founder of Mahi Retreat, her retreat programs include ayurvedic lifestyle retreat, intensive cooking courses and happiness retreat (certified by The Art of Living Foundation).
Shireen Chansrichavala
She is the manager and facilitator of Mahi Retreat. She completed her degrees in Interior and Lighting design field and with her father, had redesigned and renovated Mahi Retreat, a project that took almost two years to complete.
Working closely with her mother, K. Sukesh, she had also completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Ayurveda and Yoga from Mahidol University in Bangkok and taking further studies in Ayurveda in India. She’s passionate about the environment, an animal lover and intrigued by all of nature's gift.
